Something you should understand about me, first and foremost I am a Healer. I live and breathe healing work. This means that I am always doing my own healing work! Being a clear and powerful conduit or channel and supporting the greatest possible transformation in my clients requires me consistently and consciously showing up for myself and facing my own dark places.

I don’t believe that you need to have suffered a specific experience in order to support someone in healing from it. I do know however, that you need to be open hearted, without judgement or prejudice in order to hear, understand and support healing.

There is no limit to the impact that healing work can have on every area of your life as well as the lives around you. Most people come to heal because of the pain, suffering and imbalance that they can feel in their lives, they are ready to move differently through the world, for their own sake, but also for the people around them.

Much of the world we see around us, the systems that support cruelty and otherness, are symptoms of deep collective and individual trauma and pain. Recognising the impact this has on our individual healing also informs my work. We are all part of the whole, so assume we are not affected by what happens to others is to ignore our own truths.

I supported clients with everything from burnout, anxiety and overwhelm to cancer recovery and body dysmorphia. It is both an enormous priviledge and great joy to witness the transformations in the people who choose me as their healer.

When choosing to engage in this work it’s important that you understand there is no magical ‘fully healed’ state. There is however beauty and freedom in the resolving and releasing of long held pain and trauma that might have manifested itself in confusing, contradictory or ugly ways. Healing happens at the depths of your inner world but the shifts can be seen, felt and known by you in every part of your life.
